Welcome to mynposter.com. We strive to provide premium-quality wall posters that are carefully printed, packed, and delivered. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

As our products are printed and prepared specifically for each customer order, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Ordering the wrong size, design, or quantity.
  • Personal preference regarding colors or artwork displayed on different screens.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept the shipment after dispatch.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will gladly assist if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged poster
  • A defective print
  • A wrong design
  • An incorrect quantity
  • A manufacturing defect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A complete unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible (mandatory)

Failure to provide the required unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

3. Replacement Policy

Once your claim is verified, we will provide one free replacement of the affected product at no additional cost.

Replacement requests are approved only after our quality team verifies the submitted evidence.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is permanently unavailable.
  • A replacement cannot be provided due to stock or production limitations.
  • The order is cancelled by mynposter.com before dispatch.
  • The same issue continues even after an approved replacement, and our support team determines that a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days.
  • Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3-10 business days to credit the amount to your account.

The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

If the order has not entered production or shipping, a full refund will be processed.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refusal to accept a valid shipment after dispatch may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cases covered under this policy.

8. Color & Print Variations

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on mobile phones, tablets, or computer monitors due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.

Such minor variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

9. Custom Printed Posters

Custom-designed or customer-uploaded posters are made exclusively for the customer.

Therefore, custom orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other service charges are non-refundable, except where the error is solely caused by mynposter.com.

11. Fraud Prevention

mynposter.com reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests if:

  • False or misleading information is provided.
  • Evidence has been altered or manipulated.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged.
  • Repeated fraudulent claims are detected.
